This Morris portfolio is dedicated to the memorable duels that punctuate the “Lucky Luke” albums of the series’ finest hour. It follows in the trail of the portfolio that, in June 1999, was consecrated to the most notorious outlaw of the series. The immediacy of Morris’s style is heightened in this format. The unerring sense of colour that guided this giant of franco-belgian bande dessinée (from “Spirou” to “Pilote”) finds renewed expression in the rich full tones of the screen-print.
