Les hommes en noir

In 1996, at the time of the publication of “L’affaire Francis Blake”, Ted Benoît created two cover illustrations. The illustration featuring Blake and Olrik was the one chosen, and Champaka issued it as a screenprint (at the artist’s request, the interior wall was shown in red). Now, the forgotten cover illustration takes its place alongside its better-known sibling. To mark this occasion, Benoît has re-worked the colour treatment a (in midnight shades of blue).
